JB Lift Consultants was established in 2001 to offer professional and impartial advice and solutions for all matters relating to lifts and escalators. Services provided include condition surveys, design and CDM Principal Designer duties for lift modernisation and new lift works, project management and maintenance audits and management.

Condition survey reports are bespoke and tailored to the client's specific requirements. Reports are presented in an easy-to-understand format which is detailed and comprehensive and free of excessive technical jargon. Reports detail priorities, budget costs and timescales, recommendations for health & safety, disabled access, modernisation and improvement works, etc., in order to renew worn out equipment, or to comply with current regulations and best practice.
